Najaf Abbas Khan Sial (Urdu: نجف عباس خان سیال) is a politician elected from Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan. Najaf Abbas Sial was elected from the Punjab provincial constituency PP-82 Jhang in 2002 and reelected in 2008. Najaf Abbas Khan Sial is a prominent member of Pakistan Muslim League (Q).

Najaf Abbas Sial, son of Nazar Abbas Khan Sial, was born on May 22, 1959 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. He graduated in 1978 from Government College Multan, Multan, Pakistan. An agriculturist, Sial has been elected as a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, in general elections in 2002 and 2008.

Rivalry and friendship with Muhammad Khan Sial

Since the 2002 election former friends have turned enemies because of Muzafer Ali Khan Sial. Because Muhammad Khan Sial was also a friend of Muzafer Ali Khan Sial, he decided to support Muzafer Ali Khan and from there this lion/cat fight started.

2002 elections presented by Muhammad Khan Sial

2002 elections were between Najaf Abbas and Raza Khan Sial, son of Zulafqar Ali Khan Sial and brother-in-law of Muzafar Ali Khan Sial. Kundal Khokran results Raza Khan was a clear winner from there thanks to support of Muhammad Khan Sial, but from Ahmedpoor and Ghudare Najaf Abbas won and Gharh Mahraja won by Raza Khan by minor lead thanks to support of Muzafar Ali Khan Sial.

General election 2008

In the 2008 elections Najaf Abbas Khan Sial Ahmedpoor, son in law of Zulafqar Ali Khan Sial, ran against Own Abbas Khan Sial from Gharh Mahrajah, son of Muzafar Ali Khan Sial who has been elected twice for Member of Provincial Assembly. Own Abbas was a hot favourite to be a Member of Provincial Assembly but due to the change of voters' mind on the last day Najaf Abbas was suddenly declared winner. Nawab Muzaffar Ali Khan won by voters from Kundal but people say[who?] if Muhammad Khan Sial were present in this election he would have won by a clean sweep in Kundal.

Mubashar Hassan Bhatti's role in 2008 elections

Bhatti Sahab supported Muzafer Ali Khan Sial from Kundal Khokharan; he is also a great friend of Muhammad Khan Sial and Najaf Abbas. Due to some personal problems he didn't support Najaf Abbas Khan Sial. He nearly single-handedly supported Muzafer Ali Khan Sial in the 2008 election. His friend Muhammad Khan Sial was not in the 2008 elections and he didn't support anyone because he was not happy with any of the candidates. Now Muhammad Khan Sial and Mubasher Hassan Bhatti are Members of Pakistan Tahrik-E-Insaf, and Muhammad Khan is hoping to be a MPA in 2018 and Governor of Punjab from Pti. Mubasher Hassan will be his personal adviser.

Nawab Muzaffar Ali Khan Sial(1969 to sep 2009)

Nawab Muzzaffar ali khan sial died on the daybreak of September 1, his death has caused sials(tribe) a big loss which they may never recover from. He died at due to a heart attack which was caused during his Dallasis in doctor hospital Lahore,Pakistan.
