Plot Details

While patrolling the parks with Ty, Brendan helps a young kid who injures his wrist while he was in the playground. They take him to the hospital, and Brendan gives him his phone number for any emergencies, as the boy seems scared. When C.T. Finney realizes the situation he is after the confrontation with Ty, Sully and his past partners, he decides not to hand himself in. CT calls Brendan to tell him he loves him but Brenden finds this alarming, as his father had never told him this before, and rushes to his house, where he finds C.T. dead in his car in the garage (it is assumed he commited suicide). Ty helps Brendan to make it seem like an accident because otherwise C.T.'s wife and children will not be able to get hold of his pension, and will not be able to survive.Meanwhile, Carlos struggles to tell Holly that he loves her, acting awkard around her; but when Holly is involve in a coffee shop explosion, Carlos desperately rushes to help her, thus realizing he loves her. Because of the magnitude of the explosion (which leaves various casualties), Cruz and the anti-crime squad turns up at the location. After investigating one of the men injured in the explosion, Cruz discovers that he is acting suspicious and decides to investigate him. As soon as she realizes that this man had stolen someone else's identity (an FBI agent) Rice, turns up at the 55th Precinct telling her that this man is a terrorist they had been looking for a long time. They work together and find out his adress, and go to arrest him. When Cruz takes the man to interrogation, he suddenly starts spitting blood, which leads them to think that there is something wrong going on. When they examine his body, they find radiation burns and discover that this man is fabricating plutonium. While all of this is happening, Faith goes to visit Bosco at the hospital, who is slowly recovering from the shot wounds he received in the season 6 opening episode, More Monsters.
