The station was incorporated into the
Great Western Railway during the Grouping of 1923, Passing on to theWestern Region of British Railways onnationalisation in 1948, it was then closed by theBritish Railways Board .The station had been the location of a
Camping coach .The site today
There is now a hardware store on the former station site.
