Clayton (aka Mike Clayton) is an American businessman who is the CEO and co-founder of HYATS, LLC, franchisor of Hogi Yogi, Teriyaki Stix, and Yoasis. He received his B.S. in 1983 from Brigham Young University and his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the school's Marriott School of Management two years later.[1] Clayton become interested in starting a restaurant when he worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for Coopers and Lybrand (later merged into PricewaterhouseCoopers), which performed professional services for over 250 KFC restaurants.[2] Mike and his brother Rick co-founded Hogi Yogi in 1989.[3]
