Chaffey Homes

Chaffey Homes is a private, family-owned homebuilder that has built more than 14,000 homes in Washington State. The homebuilder has recently expanded into the Arizona market. The Company builds single-family, detached homes, townhomes and luxury homes.

Chaffey Homes backs each home it builds with an extensive warranty which includes a 10 year warranty on the structure of the home.

Chaffey Home’s newest development is the luxury community, Tranquil Trail Estates, located in Carefree, Arizona.

History

Chaffey Homes was founded in 1963, by Herb Chaffey. Today, the Company is lead by Herb Chaffey’s sons, Bob and Rick Chaffey. Chaffey Homes is a fully integrated land development and homebuilding company whose activities include homebuilding in Washington and Arizona, home warranty, land acquisition, entitlement and development and related functions.
