Dragonfly CMS is a free and open source modular content management system (CMS) written in the programming language PHP. Dragonfly CMS, like many modern CMSs, allows the system administrator to create and organize content, customize the presentation, and manage site visitors and contributors. Managing your site is easy with our powerful line of tools which include a debugging system, BBCode support in many areas, a built-in photo gallery, and a derivative of phpBB 2.0.x. Basic Web site installation and administration can be accomplished with no programming knowledge. The Installer has rollback support in case of failure. [ [http://www.dragonflycms.org/ CPG Dragonfly™ CMS ⇒ The Project ] ]

Dragonfly CMS runs in many environments, including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris 10, OpenSolaris and any platform that supports either the Apache (version 1.3+), or IIS (version IIS5+) Web server and the PHP language (version 4.4.x+). Dragonfly CMS requires a database such as MySQL (version 4.0.18+) or PostgreSQL (version 7.4+) to store content and settings. Dragonfly now also supports the latest PHP5. History

Dragonfly CMS was originally based on PHP-Nuke 6.5. Dragonfly CMS was first called "CPG-Nuke CMS" but after many revisions and updates, the developers renamed it. Subsequent development of DragonflyCMS has paid close attention to security, efficiency and reliability. The release of Dragonfly marked yet another exciting milestone.
