Canadian Cadet Organizations ,Royal Canadian Sea Cadets , Army Cadets, and the Air Cadets. The program is sponsored by theCanadian Forces , funded through the Department of National Defence, and supported in the community by the civilian The Navy League, The Army Cadet League and the Air Cadet League, as well as local community sponsoring committees comprised of representatives of community service groups and parents of cadets. Introduced in late 2001, the logo is intended to represent the entirety of the Canadian Cadet Movement: the Royal Canadian Sea, Army and Air Cadets, the Canadian Forces, DND, the Navy League, Army Cadet and Air Cadet Leagues, as well as local sponsors of the program. It is used primarily on products or publications that will be seen by audiences outside the cadet program. Though initially used only on cadet attraction and public relations materials, the logo appears on cadet-issue physical training gear and a wide variety of specialty items such as ball caps, identity lanyards, pens and pencils,temporary tattoos, mugs and fridge magnets.
