Texas Border Coalition

The Texas Border Coalition (TBC)] is a group of cities and counties located along the border of Texas and Mexico. On May 16, 2008, the TBC announced that they will bring a class action lawsuit against Michael Chertoff (Department of Homeland Security) and Robert Janson (US Customs and Border Protection) in which they allege government abuses in construction of the border fence.
