It was issued throughSony Music Entertainment , and is the successor to 2006's "Broadcast to the World ". "Mental Health" is the first single from the album, the music video was released in June, before the album was released in Japan. The album leaked tofile sharing sites onJune 25 , though some of the songs in the leaked version are in an incorrect order.
