Heitham Al-Sayed

Heitham Al-Sayed is a rapper/singer from South West London. He is of Afghanistani parentage.

Al-Sayed is lead vocalist in the band Senser and (previously) Lodestar. He is known for strong political opinions which permeate his music and contributed to conflict within, as well as the eventual break-up of, Senser. He has since rejoined the group and continues to record and tour with them.

Always musically active, Al-Sayed's other projects include Entronaut, The Operators, The Guild and the French bands In The Guise Of Men and Fiend. He was briefly a part of New York hip hop pioneers New Kingdom, called in to play orchestral percussion on their UK tour.

Al-Sayed has also collaborated with singer Natasha Atlas and guested on several live appearances with US rock band Tool.
