George Blackmore

George Blackmore

George Blackmore (October 8, 1908 — January 29, 1984) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He was born in Gillingham and died in Isleworth.

Blackmore played one first-class match for the Europeans at the Bombay Pentangular Tournament of 1944/45, and, while he played a single Minor Counties Championship match for Kent over three and a half years later, he made only two appearances in the County Championship, in the 1948 season. In the three innings in which he played, he scored just twelve runs, and was dropped from the team.
