Pemra Özgen (8 May, 1986, İstanbul) is a Turkish tennis player. She has the second best ranking position among Turkish players of all time after İpek Şenoğlu.

Begun her professional career in 2002, she had shown a rapid improvement as ascending from 1099^th to 471^th place at World Ranking. However, she could not reach enough scale to play at Grand Slams.

In Doubles, she attended Istanbul Cup with Çağla Büyükakçay with wild card and eliminated in the first round in 2007. Özgen won various titles both in domestic and foreign tournaments in Greececite news
