Prince Dmitri Alexandrovich of Russia (August 15, 1901 - July 7, 1980) was a member of the Russian nobility of the House of Romanov.

Prince Dmitri Alexandrovich was the son of HIH the Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich ‘Sandro’ (1866-1933) and HIH the Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna (1875-1960). His parents were first cousins once removed. Consequently Prince Dmitri was the great-grandson of Tsar Nicholas I (from his father's side), also the great-great-grandson of the same Tsar Nicholas I (from his mother's one), the grandson of Tsar Alexander III and the nephew of Tsar Nicholas II.

When Emperor Nicholas II abdicated the Russian monarchy in March of 1917, the Emperor's mother gathered a large number of relatives including Prince Dmitri and his parents and siblings, in the Crimea. In 1918, many were detained at near Yalta, but a month later were freed by the Germans after the signing of the Treaty of Brest Litovsk. In 1919, a group including the Prince was rescued by the British battleship, HMS Marlborough, sent by King George V. Following the creation of the Romanov Family Association in 1979, Prince Dmitri was chosen as its first president serving until his death a year later.

*Princess Nadejda Romanov (4 July 1939-17 September 2002). Nadejda married Anthony Allen, with whom she had three daughters, Penelope, Marina and Alexandra; after divorcing Allen, she maried William Hall Clark.

Dmitri married secondly to Margaret "Sheila" MacKellar Chisholm (9 September 1898 - 13 October 1969) on 20 October 1954. No children were born of this marriage.
