Psalms 152 to 155 are additional Psalms found in the
Syriac Peshitta , in GreekSeptuagint manuscripts, and in theQumran scrolls: 11QPs(a)154,155. Together withPsalm 151 , they are also called the "FiveApocryphal Psalms ofDavid ". W. Wright in "Some Apocryphal Psalms in Syriac", Proceedings of the Society ofBiblical archaeology 9 [1887] 257–266, titled them as follows:*"The Prayer of
Hezekiah when enemies surrounded him."
*"When the People obtained permission fromCyrus to return home."
*"Spoken by David when he was contending with the lion and the wolf which took a sheep from his flock."
