Ghugni

Ghugni is an evening snack in East India (Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Assam). Black gram, or Kala Chana as it is called in India, is a traditional Bengali recipe cooked in gravy and served with Kurmura (puffed rice) with hot onion pakoda/bhajiya.
