Nadira Begg

Nadira Begg is a Canadian television journalist, who was the former anchor of CBC News: Northbeat on the CBC North system in the Canadian territories. Born and raised in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Begg is of mixed Gwich'in and Indo-Fijian descent. She is the granddaughter of John Tetlichi, the first Gwich'in person to serve on the Legislative Council of the Northwest Territories.
