John E. Endicott serves as Vice Chancellor of the
Solbridge International School of Business and Co-president ofWoosong University . Previously, he served as a Professor at theSam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and director of the school's Center for International Strategy, Technology and Policy. Endicott has written five books on foreign policy and security issues.Biography
Early life and education
Endicott earned a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University in 1958. He continued his graduate studies during his career, receiving an M.A. in European History from the University of Omaha in 1968, followed by M.A. degrees in International Relations and Law and Diplomacy in 1973 and a Ph.D. in International Relations in 1974, all from
The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy .Career
Dr. Endicott started at Georgia Tech in 1989, after over thirty years in the United States Air Force and the
Senior Executive Service of the Department of Defense. He also served as the Associate Dean of theNational War College .Endicott was a founding member of the Limited Nuclear Weapons-Free Zone for Northeast Asia and is currently organizing its plenary meeting in Daejeon Korea. He was nominated for the
