Cardiff , the son of Dilys (née Jackson) and David Vibert, both artists. He made his screen debut in 1986 in the TV series "Traffik". He has a brother named Cevn.He appeared in the
BBC 's "The Buccaneers", andITV 's "Cadfael ", alongside Sir Derek Jacobi, and "Van der Valk ". He also appeared withStephen Fry andHugh Laurie in the televised modification ofP. G. Wodehouse 's satire of 1930s aristocratic England, "Jeeves and Wooster " as Lord Wilmot 'Mottie' Pershaw.
