"What It Is (Strike a Pose)" is the the fourth single from Lil Mama's debut album, "VYP (Voice of the Young People)". It features R&B singer T-Pain.

Music video

The music video premiered June 20th, 2008 on "FNMTV". The video was directed by R. Malcolm Jones, who also directed the video for her debut single "Lip Gloss." The music video also has an 80s theme. Clyde Mcknight and Teyana make appearances in te video.
