Carrie Jean Yazel (born November 30, 1969 in Huntington Beach, California) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as "Playboy"'s Playmate of the Month for May, 1991.

Carrie is married to screenwriter Mark Steilen, and she resides with her husband in the Los Feliz district of Los Angeles, California. In an interview, she asked if her husband had been jealous of her modeling in "Playboy", to which she replied that it is natural for men to have some feelings of concern, but that she is more concerned about men who "want" their wives and girlfriends to pose for "Playboy", referring mainly to the murder of Dorothy Stratten.
