"The Unspoken King" is the seventh studio album of the Canadian death metal band Cryptopsy. The album was released on May 23, 2008 by Century Media Records. Musically, this shifted the band's sound into a more deathcore style. This shift in the band's sound and the decrease in technicality that had made the band so influential within the technical death metal genre has sparked an almost universally negative fan reaction to this album.
