He specializes in trouble-shooting, identifying problems associated with business management, and restoring financial stability to business organizations.Singer has served on the Board of Directors for over 30 companies including
Equipment Company of America ,Vermont Contract Furnishings Co. ,Canrad, Inc. ,Taco Viva, Inc. ,FastDue.com andTimberland Industries . He also held executive roles withSealy, Inc. ,Scripto, Inc. , and theB.V.D. Company . He is the founder and chair ofFundamental Management Corporation , aFlorida -based institutionalinvestment company.Singer served as a Board of Trustee member at
Emory University inAtlanta, Georgia , and is currently an active member of the Friends for Life at theUniversity of Miami , and the Renaissance Group ofDartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.As a result of his philanthropy, he has been recognized by the Center for Medical Education at the University of Miami. He has been awarded the honorary degree of
Doctor of Commerce by the Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship atNova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.He is married to Marion Singer.
