A Moroccan, Said Namouh emigrated to Canada in 2003 and settled in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. On September 12, he was arrested for online threats against Austria and Germany, threatening to detonate a car bomb unless the countries withdrew their troops from Afghanistan.MacLeon, Ian.
