CCNA Wireless is referred to asIUWNE : 40 hours of course work concentrating on the design, install, configure and monitoring of Cisco WLAN installations. Include hands-on labs that create an ad-hoc connection and involves analyzing and configuring a controller and access point (AP). Students also convert an autonomous AP to controller-based mode, install and configuring a mobility express wireless controller and AP. Students work with and actual working map editor tool as well as WCS database. Common troubleshooting issues are introduced by the instructor.
CCNA Security Training is referred to asIINS : This includes 40 hours of course work to develop comprehensive security policy for an enterprise network. CCNA Voice Exam 640-460 IIUC: This exam validate IP telephony installation, configuration, and maintenance skills on IP Telephony enterprises that use Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, and the UC500 Smart Business Communications System.
CCNA Wireless Exam 640-721 (Available July 25, 2008): The exam tests a candidate's knowledge of installing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting small to medium-size WLANs.
CCNA Security Exam 640-553:This exam tests competency in the technologies that Cisco uses in its security infrastructure, such as securing Cisco routers and switches. Includes installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
Candidates have the option of gaining the certification by passing two tests ICND1 640-822 and ICND2 640-816, or one single test CCNA 640-802; the two-test option has the advantage of allowing the candidate to focus on certain subjects.The certification is valid for three years; at that time a CCNA holder must either
* re-take the CCNA or ICND2 exam, or
