CCNA Wireless one of five new concentrations for the CCNA Cisco Career Certifications credentials. Since November of 2007 CCNA candidate a required to focus on a concentration of Networking, Security, Voice or Wireless. The Cisco CCNA Wireless certification is the credential given to validate the skill set needed design and deploy for wireless network technologies. Candidates are exposed to the Cisco Unified Communications architecture and are tested on Cisco Unified Communications design principals. A firm understanding of configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting basic tasks of a Cisco WLAN in small branch networks and Enterprise networks solutions are required to pass the CCNA Wireless Exam know as 640-721 IUWNE. CCNA Wireless Training knows as IUWNE (Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials) is required to sit for the test. This training includes 60 hours of course and lab work.
