PacWest Center (Officially Key Bank Tower at PacWest Center) is a 30 story office building in Portland, Oregon. At 418 Feet (127 Meters), it is the fourth tallest building in Portland.

The building was completed in 1984 by Hugh Stubbins & Associates of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Tokyo-based Mitsubishi had been the majority owner in the building since it rose in 1984. The modern, metallic look of the building is due to the use of aluminum panels imported from Japan. The streamlined, chrome look of the building has led some to refer to the tower as "The Ice Cube Building".
