United States Capitol Police , and all sections under Title 2 ( [http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode02/usc_sec_02_00000167----000-.html § 167] and [http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode02/usc_sec_02_00000167---h000-.html § 167h] ) of the U.S. Code that pertains to the Library of Congress Police was transferred to theU.S. Capitol Police .
