Tsai Hsien-tang (zh-t|t=蔡憲棠, born April 29, 1977), formerly known as Tsai Hui-kai (zh-t|t=蔡暉鎧), is a Taiwanese football (soccer) player. He usually plays as a defender or a defensive midfielder.
