James Lawrence Owens (died 1960) was a former provincial politician from
Alberta ,Canada . He served as a member in theLegislative Assembly of Alberta from 1955 until his death in 1960.Political career
Owens was first elected to the Alberta Legislature in the 1955 Alberta general election.
