SourceMedia is a mid-sized business-to-business publishing company owned by Investcorp. Formerly the Thomson Media division of The Thomson Corporation, SourceMedia was sold by its parent company in 2004.

Based in New York City, SourceMedia has offices in Washington, Chicago, Boston, Skokie, IL, Duluth, GA and Lakeville, CT.

Sourcemedia employs about 1,000 people.

The company's key publications include American Banker, the banking industry's daily newspaper of record, and The Bond Buyer, the only daily newspaper focused exclusively on the municipal bond industry as well as National Mortgage News the leading weekly covering the US mortgage industry.

Accuity

Accuity is a semi-autonomous unit of SourceMedia. Accuity is responsible for the assignment of routing numbers for banks in the United States.
