Mike Walsh (golfer)

Mike Walsh is a former golfer on the Metropolitan PGA tour, a tour that is located in the New York City area. His success on the tour was limited do to the high number of hours he worked at Silvermine Golf Club located in Norwalk, Connecticut.

His major achievement is setting the course record at Silvermine Golf club with a 9 under par 61, on August 19, 2006. Mike made an eight foot putt to break the course record previously set by John Bushka in June of 2006 and Sean Toohey in 2002. Another achievement for Mike at Silvermine was recording a hole in one on the ninth hole of the short course at Silvermine.

Mike spent four years at Silvermine and left in December of 2007 to pursue other careers. He is currently living in Maine.
