Allen G. Schwartz

Allen G. Schwartz (b. August 23, 1934, Brooklyn, New York d. March 22, 2003) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Judge Schwartz received a B.B.A from the City College of New York, Baruch College in 1955 and an LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1958. He was nominated to the court by President Bill Clinton on October 27, 1993, to a seat vacated by Vincent Lyons Broderick, confirmed by the Senate on November 20, 1993, and received his commission on November 22, 1993. His service terminated on March 22, 2003, due to death.
