KBR Tower (formerly the Kellogg Tower) is a 551ft (168m) tall skyscraper in Downtown Houston, Texas, United States. It was completed in 1973 and has 40 floors. It is the 22nd tallest building in the city. The towers steel structure weighs 12,300 tons. It was renovated in 1991. The building has convert|985000|sqft|m2 of Class B office space and 63,000 for retail. The building sits on Houston's six mile (10 km) long tunnel system, and includes a 9 floors parking garage.
