MBE , known as Ken HargreavesMBE , (born1 March 1939 ) was the ConservativeMember of Parliament for theMember of Parliament for the Hyndburn constituency inLancashire from 1983 to 1992. A Chartered Secretary and company administrator by profession, he served as a localcouncillor andmayor before his election to Parliament.In 1990, he founded the Movement for Christian Democracy with Liberal Democrat MP

On 29 December 2006, he was made a
