Ann Monson Dibb (born
30 June 1954 ) has been the second counselor toElaine S. Dalton in the general presidency of the Young Women organization ofThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2008.Dibb was born Ann Monson and is the daughter of
Thomas S. Monson and Frances Johnson. She received abachelor's degree in Education fromBrigham Young University .She married Roger Dibb and has been a full-time homemaker in raising their four children. Among other LDS Church positions, Dibb has served as a member of the general board of the Young Women organization and as a ward
