Greg Garbowsky

Greg "Garbo" Garbowsky (born September 10, 1986) is an American musician. He is the bass guitarist for the band Jonas Brothers. He also was a singer in Team Hilario who sang a great rendition of "I Believe I Can Fly".Infobox musical artist

Life before the band

Greg or Garbo grew up in South Plainfield, New Jersey. At the age of thirteen he received a bass for Christmas and taught himself to play. He played bass in a band called Level Zero, which won a Battle of the Bands at Seton Hall in 2005.The Setonian - Level Zero counts on success - Legend has it that Garbo was born into a family of unicorns that raised him in the wild. He was recommended to Paul Kevin Jonas Sr by a music pastor at his church because he played bass. He spends his days strumming the sensual strings of his bass and running from evil peanut monsters who are out to kill him.

Songwriting

Greg co-wrote songs with the Jonas Brothers. He co-wrote Tonight [ [http://www.karaoke-version.com/mp3-backingtrack/jonas-brothers/tonight.html] ] off of the 2008 Hollywood Records release A Little Bit Longer as well as the song Games off of the album Jonas Brothers. Television

Garbo has performed on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve as well as the American Music Awards and Dancing With the Stars with the Jonas Brothers. He has also made several appearances on The Ellen Degeneres Show and many other talk shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Live with Regis and Kelly, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. He also performed with Miley Cyrus at the 2007 Disney Channel Games closing ceremonies. He has appeared in several episodes of with the Jonas Brothers. He has also performed with Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato.
