Balfron High School

Balfron High School is situated the village of Balfron, 10 miles from Stirling. It currently has 967 pupils and is the local school for West Stirlingshire.

The school is currently run by rector Val Corry who has been at the school for the past 6 years. Previous Rector James Fleming was always held in high regards with parents of pupils at the school, famous for being able to remember the names of every pupil. Awarded an O.B.E "For services to secondary education in Balfron, Stirlingshire." by the Queen.

Controversies

The school has recently come under fire from the media after a series of embarrassing incidents for the school.
