Josh Bradnock

Josh Bradnock is a New Zealand rugby player. Bradnock captains the Manawatu Turbos in the Air New Zealand Cup. He was an Old Boy of Palmerston North Boys' High School . He is a former Hurricanes Schoolboys player who played in the star studded schoolboy team as All Blacks Ma'a Nonu, Piri Weepu and Neemia Tialata and Munster Rugby Star Lifeimi Mafi. In 2007 was also selected as a New Zealand Universities representative. Bradnock has played 100+ games for Palmerston North rugby club Varsity and will make 50 games for Manawatu during 2008 Air NZ Cup. He is one of the top openside flankers in New Zealand rugby. Josh has a huge ability at turning over the ball in ruck situations and has a big reputation as a powerful tackler. He has drawn comparisons to All Blacks Captain Richie McCaw by various areas of the New Zealand Press. With a good 2008 Air NZ Cup season should push heavily for a 2009 Super 14 contract.
