Paul Miller is the chief executive officer and founder of the Intranet Benchmarking Forum. He is British. In 1979 he graduated from Birmingham University, with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
A brief career in journalism followed, including working for the Newcastle Evening Chronicle and with Australian Associated Press. In 1985 he became a freelance writer, writing speeches and articles for business leaders. In 1990 he published WAVE magazine. In 1992 he co-founded a management consultancy The Empowerment Group. He wrote Mobilising the power of what you know (Random House 1997). In 2001 he founded the Intranet Benchmarking Forum.
Between 2000 - 2006 he managed the Fathers and Daughters Weekend, an annual retreat for fathers and daughters. He is an Accredited Business Communicator and member of International Association of Business Communicators.
