The Pearl GTL will have a capacity to convert 1.6 Bcf of natural gas per day into 140,000 barrel per day of petroleum liquids and 120,000 boe into
natural gas liquids andethane . The integrated process automation and control system will be designed and implemented byHoneywell . The project is currently under construction and the first train will be commissioned in 2010, followed by the second train in 2011.cite news

The primary products of the Pearl GTL plant will be naphtha and transport fuels, paraffins and lubircant oils will be other smaller by products of the process.
