Palestinian refugee camp in theRamallah and al-Bireh Governorate , located seven kilometers north ofRamallah and adjacent to the village ofJifna . It was established in 1949, following the1948 Arab-Israeli War , on 253dunam s of Jifna's land. After theOslo Agreements between thePalestinian National Authority (PNA) andIsrael , Jalazone's administrative affairs were transferred to the PNA while security matters remained in Israeli control.
