United Overseas Land Limited (sgx|U14) is a large property conglomerate based in Singapore in Asia. The UOL Group has over 40 subsidiaries and associates in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam and China.

The company is listed on the SGX, the stock exchange in the city of Singapore, and is part of the Straits Times Index there. The company develops retail areas, serviced apartments, corporate properties, Singapore Spa and hotels, including The Hotel Plaza Group of hotels in south Asia and Australia. United Overseas Land has diversified into furniture retailing and health/fitness equipment.

In 2007, UOL has entered into an agreement to acquire Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts Pte Ltd, and 41.47% interest in P.T. Sarinitokyu Hotel International which owns the 400-room Sari Pan Pacific Hotel in Jakarta. [ Unknown.
