The company wholly-owns Great World City, which is one of Singapore's largest integrated property developments. This development comprises two 18-storey office towers connected to a 4-storey office podium, a 4-storey retail mall and 302 serviced apartments.
In addition the company also owns stakes in other investment properties such as Traders Hotel, a 546-room property near Orchard Road; Tanglin Mall, a smaller 4-storey shopping complex beside Traders Hotel; and Tanglin Place, a 4-storey commercial complex.
