- Tsheringma
Tsheringma is a
herbal tea made inBhutan . The name is derived from the Bhutanese Goddess of longevity, wealth and prosperity.It is taken as a Bhutanese traditional medicine, giving a soothing and refreshing sensation internally and is believed to improve the conditions of the
heart ,liver , and thedigestive system as well as calming thenerves .The tea consists of only two ingredients. The first is the petals of the Safflower plant ("
