Kvaevenutane Peaks

Kvaevenutane Peaks (coord|71|57|S|14|18|E|) is a small cluster of peaks which include Mount Kibal'chich and Mount Brounov, located 2 miles (3.2 km) southwest of Kvaevefjellet Mountain in the Payer Mountains, Queen Maud Land. Discovered and plotted from air photos by German Antarctic Expedition, 1938-39. Replotted from air photos and surveys by Norwegian Antarctic Expedition, 1956-60, and named Kvaevenutane in association with Kvaevefjellet Mountain.
