Western Mass Pioneers is an American professional soccer team, founded in 1998. The team is a member of the USL Second Division, the third tier of the American Soccer Pyramid.

They currently play at Lusitano Stadium in Ludlow, Massachusetts. The team is currently coached by Leszek Wrona. The teams's colors are red, black and white.

The team has a sister organization, the Western Mass Lady Pioneers, who play in the women's USL W-League.
