CKBI (AM)

CKBI is a Canadian radio station that broacasts a country music format at 900 AM in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

CKBI began broadcasting as 10BI in 1930 on 250 metres.

In 1933, 10BI became a commercial station, adopting its current callsign and moved to 1210 AM. CKBI has been operating at its current frequency 900 AM since 1941. CKBI also has a FM transmitter at 95.9 MHz in La Ronge that signed on in 2006.
