Eduardo dos Reis Carvalho, Eduardo (born September 19, 1982 in Mirandela), is a Portuguese goalkeeper, currently playing for Sporting Clube de Braga of the Portuguese Liga.

A product of Sporting Clube de Braga's youth system, Eduardo first appeared in Portugal's top flight during 2006-07, when he served a six-month loan to lowly S.C. Beira-Mar. In the following season, he was also loaned, to Vitória de Setúbal, where he was instrumental in helping the sadinos overachieve for a final UEFA Cup spot.During the season, Eduardo also won the Portuguese League Cup, in March 2008. After a goalless regulation draw, the final match went into a penalty shootout, and Eduardo saved three shots Anderson Polga, Liedson and Marat Izmailov being subsequently named man of the match.

International Career

After Euro 2008 Eduardo was called for new national team coach Carlos Queiroz for 2010 World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Denmark where he played understudy to Quim and currently second choice.
