J.R. Carrington (born on November 22, 1968 in Tahoe City, California) is an American adult film actress and nude model. Her stage name is a combination of characters from the television shows "Dallas" (J.R. Ewing) and "Dynasty" (Alexis Carrington).

Biography

Carrington grew up in Newport Beach, California, the child of wealthy, conservative Jewish parents. After divorcing her husband in early 1994, she lived in South Lake Tahoe and regularly commuted to Reno to strip. A photo of her made its way to Mark Carriere at the adult film company Leisure Time Productions; he invited her back to Southern California and they began dating regularly. Carrington eventually entered the adult film industry herself, reportedly after she was encouraged to do so by Jenna Jameson.

Carrington worked in porn from 1994 to 1999, appearing in more than 100 movies. She also posed for several pictorial layouts in men's magazines, including Fox, Hustler, and High Society. She became known for her large, surgically enhanced breasts and willingness to engage in anal sex.

While no longer active in films, Carrington still feature dances and does limited escorting work. As of Jan 2008 she was living and working in Reno as a legal brothel prostitute at the Wild Horse brothel.
