Elbrus Ourtaev

Elbrus Ourtaev (T/N Bruce Ortaev} joined the Moscow State Circus School when he was 15 and worked with the Moscow State Circus for 5 years. He then joined a horse stunt theatre with Muhtarbek Kantimirov and they performed for audiences around Europe. He then settled in South Africa and began working on numerous feature films and commercials, including Floating Outfit (A Western about Cecil John Rhodes), Gandhi, Hooded Angels, Cybo Cop 2, Curse of the Ring, Flight of the Phoenix (2004 film), Gallowwalker with Wesley Snipes, and 10,000 BC (film). Elbrus Ourtaev is a horse stunt man, horse trainer, and also does fight scenes, as he is an accomplished martial arts trainer.
